Telesales is the sale over the telephone of products or services. As a representative of telesales, you directly approach potential and current customers by telephone to encourage them to purchase deals from your service.
Two different types of telesales do exist: inbound and outbound. Inbound agents receive calls from prospective and existing clients whilst calling outbound representatives leads to sales generation.
